Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 week of placement. All pieces are shipped flat via USPS Priority Mail. If another shipping method is preferred, please email me at melissa@melissahutton.com

Changes or Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order or shipping information, please email me at melissa@melissahutton.com as soon as possible. If your order ships before I receive your change or cancellation request, I will not be able to modify your order, and you will be responsible for returning the item for a refund excluding shipping (for more info about returns, see the return policy below).

Return Policy

Important Returns Information:

Pack your return in its original packaging if possible. Artwork that is damaged or in unsellable condition will incur a 20% fee  taken out of the refund.

• Artwork with a value of $50 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

• It generally takes 10 business days after receiving your return for it to be inspected and a refund submitted.

• All returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
