Orders ship within 10 days depending on availability.

Is shipping included in the price of my artwork?

Yes, the shipping cost is included in the price. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If another method is preferred, please email me at melissa@melissahutton.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or Cancellations 
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order or shipping information, please email me at melissa@melissahutton.com as soon as possible. If your order ships before I receive your change or cancellation request, I will not be able to modify your order, and you will be responsible for returning the item for a refund excluding shipping. See below for more info about returning your item and return policy.
Return Policy
Artwork with a value of $50 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
It generally takes 10 business days after receiving your return for it to be inspected and a refund submitted.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
How to Return
Pack your return in its original packaging if possible. Artwork that is damaged or in unsellable condition will incur a 20% fee, taken out of the refund.

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Keep the original packaging and email me at melissa@melissahutton.com within 72 hours and I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
