Changes or Cancellations If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order or shipping information, please email me at melissa@melissahutton.com as soon as possible. If your order ships before I receive your change or cancellation request, I will not be able to modify your order, and you will be responsible for returning the item for a refund excluding shipping. How to Return
Pack your return in its original packaging if possible. Artwork that is damaged or in unsellable condition will incur a 20% fee, taken out of the refund.
Keep the original packaging and email me at melissa@melissahutton.com within 72 hours and I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
